TERMS OF SERVICE
(TOS)

GENERAL RULES:
- Additional character costs 100% of the price
- The accepted currency is Euro (€) and Polish Złoty (zł)
- Polish price is calculated by https://www.money.pl/pieniadze/kalkulator/
- I accept payment via Paypal or Bank transfer (Polish currency only)
- Commissions are made for non-commercial use
- You cannot claim my art/designs as made by you
- I do not work with deadlines
- I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork in social media, books, portfolio etc.
- You have the right to ask me for WIP works
- You have the right to use it for personal use (use it as desktop wallpaper/avatar/etc.)
- You are not allowed to use my art (commissioned or not) to train AITURNAROUND TIME:
Depending on type of commission my drawing process can take from 2 days up to several months. Please keep in mind that I have full-time job and my free time I can spend on drawing is limited.COMMISSION PROCESS:

I will respond with a sketch and price. After accepting a sketch I will send you an invoice via Paypal/give bank number.
After recieving a payment I'll start working on commission.
Most of my works are painted on one layer, I always send wip before merging the layers for any fixes to the commissioner. After accepting wip, I merge layers and any bigger changes cannot be done.DISCLAIMER:
-I reserve the right to decline commission at any time
-Commission is non-refundable after 48 hours after recieving payment
