TERMS OF SERVICE
(TOS)

GENERAL RULES:
- Additional character costs 100% of the price
- The accepted currency is Euro (€)
- I accept payment via Paypal invoices (I'll need your email)
- Commissions are made for non-commercial use
- You cannot claim my art/designs as made by you
- I do not work with deadlines
- I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork in social media, books, portfolio etc.
- You have the right to ask me for WIP works
- You have the right to use it for personal use (use it as desktop wallpaper/avatar/etc.)
- You are not allowed to use my art (commissioned or not) to train AITURNAROUND TIME:
Depending on type of commission my drawing process can take from 2 days up to several months. Please keep in mind that I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome which occasionaly can slow the process.COMMISSION PROCESS:

> Acknowledgement that you have read and understand my TOSI will respond with a sketch and price. After accepting a sketch I will send you an invoice via Paypal/give bank number.
After recieving a payment I'll start working on commission.
I'll send work in progress screenshots after each stage of work (lineart, coloring etc.), commissioner can ask for any fixes during progress.
After finishing artwork, any major changes will be additionaly charged.DISCLAIMER:
-I reserve the right to decline commission at any time
-Commission is non-refundable after 48 hours after recieving payment
